What to Expect
Your visit, step by step.
Consultation and diagnosis
We review your history, examine the tooth, and use diagnostic testing and imaging to find the source of your symptoms. You get a clear explanation of your options before anything happens — and if a tooth cannot be saved, we tell you at the consultation.
Treatment
In many cases treatment begins the same day. It is done under local anaesthesia, takes one or more visits depending on the tooth, and you can drive home afterwards and usually return to your normal routine.
After your treatment
A report goes to your dentist, who places the permanent restoration — contact their office within a few weeks of finishing here. Complications are rare; if anything comes up, call us.
Before and after treatment
Review our patient instructions so you know how to prepare for your appointment and how to care for your tooth afterwards.
